Refund policy

11 J U L E S gladly accepts returns for a full credit within 7 days of original purchase on limited items. Items must be in same condition as received and in their original packaging.

For hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service.

Please contact us for approval prior to returning an item.

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
