Delivery
All U.S. orders over $95 ship free.
We currently offer standard shipping and a rush shipping option. Orders placed with 11 JULES typically ship within 5 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled for any reason, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
Exchanges
To ensure efficient order processing and due to our limited inventory, we do not offer exchanges. As a small, one-woman business, we appreciate your understanding.
Returns
We offer store credit for approved returns only. Please contact us through our Shopify inbox to request return authorization before sending any item back.
Items approved for return must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
If you purchase multiple sizes of the same item, all items in that order will be considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
The following items are always considered final sale and are not eligible for return:
- All purses, bags, bag charms/tags, and bag straps
- All jewelry, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, and pendants
- All hair accessories
- All trucker hats
- All ornaments and car charms
- Limited-edition, one-of-a-kind and custom-made items
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may use any shipping method of their choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Please obtain return approval before sending any item back.

Store Credit Processing
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item(s), less any original shipping charges. You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been processed.
Please allow approximately 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for processing.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
11 JULES reserves the right to refuse a return or deny store credit if these conditions are not met.
